Grievance

Objective:
The school is committed to addressing any grievances or complaints from students, parents, and staff in a timely and transparent manner. Our grievance redressal mechanism ensures that all concerns are heard and resolved efficiently.

 

Types of Grievances Addressed:

Complaint Registration Process:

  1. In-Person:

    • Complaints can be registered directly with the school office during working hours.
    • A grievance form is available at the office for detailed complaint submission.
  2. Written Submission:

    • Parents and students may submit a written complaint addressed to the Principal or the Grievance Redressal Committee.
    • Written complaints can be dropped into the complaint box available at the school premises.
  3. Anonymous Complaints:

    • The school allows for anonymous complaints through the complaint box for sensitive issues, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

 

Redressal Process:

  1. Acknowledgment:

    • Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt, and the complainant will be informed of the next steps.
  2. Investigation:

    • The Grievance Redressal Committee will investigate the complaint thoroughly. This may involve meeting with the concerned parties (students, teachers, or other staff).
  3. Resolution:

    • A resolution will be provided within 15 working days of the complaint being acknowledged. If additional time is required, the complainant will be informed of the delay and the expected resolution date.
  4. Follow-up:

    • After resolving the issue, a follow-up will be conducted to ensure that the solution is satisfactory and the issue does not recur.

 

Appeal Process:

  • If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal to the higher authorities within the educational department or escalate the issue to the school management committee.

 

Confidentiality:

  • The school ensures that all grievances are handled with the utmost confidentiality. The identity of the complainant will be protected unless disclosure is required by law.
